Wake up each morning with perfect brows! No downtime, low maintenance, and better-than-brow extensions or the older, more permanent style of brow tattooing as these are semi-permanent, with results lasting twelve to eighteen months.
AVAILABLE AT OUR LARKSPUR, MARIN LOCATION.
This treatment is perfect for filling in gaps, adding brow definition, light-colored brow hair, or to fill-in over-tweezed eyebrows.
Eyebrow microblading is a meticulous treatment which can take up to a few hours over a few appointments. Individual brow hairs are drawn in one-by-one with a special microblading tool, implanting ink into the skin. Results are natural-looking due to this process – each stroke looks like one hair.
Natural, gorgeous results only come from the work of patient, talented, and certified practitioners, such as we have in our permanent makeup artist Elizabeth Clark, LE and PMU Artist. Safety and a beautiful outcome are our top priorities. You’ll be in good hands!
We are one of the few facilities in Larkspur currently permitted to perform permanent makeup work, allowing us to legally perform microblading.
Before and After Photos
Cost and Appointment Plan
New Client Complimentary Consultation – 15 minutes
First, we will ensure that you are a candidate for microblading.
New Client First Microblading Session – 2 hours
We will spend time drawing the desired brow shape, cleaning up the existing brow area with wax or tweezing, and going over you current brow products that are used on a daily basis. We ask that you bring your brow products (pencil, gel, powder) with you so we can see your color preference and so you apply your brow product the way that you like your brows to look when coming to this appointment.
We photograph the brow area then apply a topical numbing solution and wait for 20-30 minutes for full effect. During this time, we mix our ink colors and prepare our tools. After removing the numbing cream, we draw a brow outline guide and begin the microblading process. Elizabeth will continually check in with you to determine your comfort level. As we near completion, we will have you sit up and confirm that the shape is as you wish. We finish this session with another set of photos. (We can share the before and after with you, just ask!) Finally, you will be provided with aftercare instructions.
May be hair strokes, brow shading or combination – $550
Existing Client Touch-up Sessions – 60-75 minutes
At 5-8 weeks – $150
At 3-6 months – $200
At 7-11 months – $350

Before Your Appointments
Please gather any inspirational photos and all your usual brow makeup (pencil, gel, powder). Please show up with your brows in your full, usual makeup.
Before your sessions, we suggest you wash your hair and consider purchasing a dry shampoo as you won’t be able to get your eyebrows wet for a few days after the treatment. You’ll need to make sure your schedule does not include the gym, showers, sweating, sun exposure, swimming, and makeup for a few days after your appointment. Details will be in your aftercare instructions, and we will cover this during your consultation and your session, as well as any other steps that may be needed for your health and optimal results. We will go over use of medications, supplements, and retinol if relevant to you. Avoiding caffeine intake before your appointment may lessen sensitivity to the procedure.
Why a Certified Practitioner?
Results and safety. Neglect of these important aspects of microblading can have repercussions that will be with you for a long time.
A licensed permanent makeup artist assures natural results based upon understanding client wishes and expectations, as well as experience, certification, a steady hand, and patience. You can know that tools and products are clean and safe, and only purchased from high-end vendors. (No cheap microblading kits purchased from questionable websites.)
Healing Process
While every person is different and some heal more quickly or slowly than others, here’s generally what to expect following your eyebrow procedure.
Day 1 to 2
The eyebrows are approximately 50% darker and 10-15% bolder in width than they will be when healed. Expect light to moderate swelling and redness. This will subside. Don’t be concerned that your eyebrows initially appear darker and heavier in size than you desire. This is all part of the process.
Day 3 to 7
• Day 3 – Eyebrows start to itch and will appear a bit thicker in texture.
• Day 4 -The skin begins to flake, peeling from the outside edges first. Please do not pick at the scabs – this can remove pigment and the brows may end up patchy looking. This natural exfoliation will cause the excess pigment surrounding the eyebrow to flake away and a more narrow appearance follows.
• Day 5/6 – Color finishes flaking off and appears softer and grayer for a few days until color clarifies. New skin will heal over the pigmented area and result in a softer appearance of your eyebrows.
• Day 7 – For the next few days, the color may now be lighter than what the final color will be.
Day 8 to 30
The final color begins to stabilize and show through.
Day 11 to 30
Pigment can disappear and reappear after two weeks so please be patient. Final results after one month.
Day 30
Please book your follow-up appointment for a Touch-up Session. After this session, the healing process is the same and the final results will show.
