How do I prepare for treatment?

What happens during treatment?
The treatment area is cleansed to remove any makeup, dirt, or oil from the skin. A topical numbing cream may be applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure. This anesthetic takes effect in about 20 minutes. Then the laser handpiece is moved across the targeted areas of your skin as it emits gentle fractional laser energy. You may experience a prickling or warm sensation during the procedure, but it is generally well-tolerated. The actual treatment typically takes around 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the targeted area.
Post-treatment care or downtime?
