What’s the science?
The Dynamis combines the capacities of two lasers known as “Nd:YAG” and “Er:YAG”. The Nd:YAG laser can penetrate deeper into tissues to provide effective photothermal heating of the desired areas which makes it ideal for vascular and deeper tissue treatments, while Er:YAG energy is highly absorbed in water – the main light absorbing molecule for skin resurfacing – and can thus target skin with great precision and very little thermal conduction making it highly effective for skin ablation. The synergy of these two wavelengths provides optimized clinical results.
