A certified medical assistant and licensed esthetician since 2008, Mel is an experienced provider of microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow, and a variety of results-driven facial modalities.
During her career, she’s added to her wide-ranging expertise while working for a prestigious medspa, a plastic surgeon, and a dermatologist. She specializes in acne, skin pigmentation, and other corrective treatments. Her favorite treatment, as is the case with so many of our esthetic clients, is microneedling.
In her free time, Melissa paints and bakes desserts. As she grew up in San Jose, and lived in the Bay Area her whole life, she’s got a handle on our local lifestyle, the locale’s threats to healthy skin, and effective, customized skin care and protection.
Wonderful clinic! The staff is very attentive and supportive of any skin needs you have. They paired me up with the sweet and professional esthetician Mel that took care of me by listening to my skin concerns, additionally offered some information on any other treatments I may be interested in; such as their eyebrow growth serum, which in less than a month made my eyebrows super thick and more beautiful than they’ve ever been! I’m also using their eyelash serum and it’s early to tell but I can see it working so far. Additionally, they send you text messages with their monthly deals and reminders for appointments so you don’t accidentally forget. I highly recommend this clinic for any peels and facials you may be interested in getting.
