What Is Kysse?
Kysse, with lidocaine for increased comfort while injecting, is a longer-lasting, natural-looking, flexible injectable for filling and smoothing lips.
In studies of Kysse patients eight weeks after treatment, ninety percent were satisfied or more with their results, specifically with their upper lips (93% satisfaction) and lower lips (95% satisfaction.) And Kysse won the NEWBEAUTY “Best Filler for Fuller Lips” award in 2023!
The makers of Kysse used tried-and-true hyaluronic acid and combined it with innovative, propriety XpresHAn (X for expression, HA for hyaluronic acid) Technology. FDA-approved XpresHAn allows the HA to mold with the tissue of your lips for natural, flexible movement like never before. You won’t feel stiffness around the treated area, and others won’t see it.
Which conditions can be treated?
Kysse smoothes wrinkles above mouth (perioral lines) and adds fullness to lips.

Key Benefits and Typical Results
Compared with other lip fillers, less is needed. And in contrast to other lip fillers that last six to nine months, Kysse lasts up to one year.
Those who have experienced lip fillers in the past will know that they can be hard to get used to. Kysse feels more natural and less stiff. Others will notice natural-looking, pillowy soft lips.
What happens during treatment?
The treatment area will be cleaned and numbed with a topical anesthetic. An ultrafine needle is used. Kysse contains an anesthetic, so after the first injection, your practitioner will pause to allow for additional numbing. Injections continue at a pace comfortable to you until the entire area is treated. Your practitioner may massage the treated area to ensure the gel is even and looks natural.
Post-treatment care or downtime?
Avoid touching the treatment area for six hours. For up to seven days, you may experience redness, tenderness, swelling, and bruising.
Side effects may be minimized by application of a damp, cool cloth. For 24 hours after the injections, avoid aspirin, blood thinners, strenuous exercise, and heat, sun, or UV lamps.
Your practitioner will give you complete post-care information at your appointment.
How long until I see results?
You will see results immediately, though possible post-procedure bruising and swelling may temporarily obscure them.
How long will results last?
Results are proven to last for up to one year.
What is the science?
Restylane fillers, including Kysse, contain a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) formulation to provide structure. For lips, these links are loose to remain flexible in the soft lip area. Filler particles are smaller than other Restylane fillers to additional pliability.
The Restylane Family of Fillers is formulated to mimic your own body’s naturally occurring hyaluronic acid.
The Restylane family of fillers include: Restylane • Silk • Lyft • Refyne & Defyne • Kysse • Contour • Eyelight
