Melonie has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner since completing her degree in 2004. Her background is impressive and varied as she has experience in psychology, pre-post plastic surgery, Mohs surgery, nursing, laser treatments, weight loss, dermatology, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, trauma/surgical, plastics, and injectables. She’s also been an ACE Allergan (Botox and Juvederm Family of Dermal Filler) Injection Trainer.
In 2006, she fell in love with the aesthetics industry and has since become an accomplished Galderma Aesthetic Injectable Trainer and Radiesse Hand-certified provider.
As well as being a sought-after injectables trainer, she herself has trained extensively, including with renowned injectors Anil Rajani, MD, Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera, and Mauricio de Maio MD.
Her treatment philosophy is to focus on her patient’s physical, emotional, and psychosocial selves.
She’s a Southern Californian native with a master’s degree in nursing, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California in Santa Barbara and Bachelors of Science in Nursing and family nurse practitioner degree from Azusa Pacific University.
She loves spending time with her two children, as well as dancing and spending as much time as possible visiting the ocean.
