As a medical facility, we are required to continue to direct everyone who enters our clinics, even those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, to wear a facemask. Please wear your mask as you enter, and do so until asked to remove it if needed for a face treatment. And again, as you leave the treatment room, wear it in common areas and during check out.
We look forward to this final restriction being lifted and as soon as we are approved to do so by Marin County and San Francisco County, we will let you know.
Our constant goal is to keep every patient and staff member (and circles of friends, family, and community) safe. We are pleased to let our patients know that all HVME staff members are fully vaccinated. We continue to wear masks and sanitize common areas frequently, but the core protocol recommendations which came from authorities during the pandemic were already part of our standard operationing procedures, and will continue to be so.
We do ask you to self-monitor yourself and those with whom you live for any illness. Whether symptoms may or may not be COVID, please reschedule your appointment if you, or any of your household members, have a fever, cough, or loss of taste or smell.
Please continue to exercise common sense measures such as giving each other space and if you plan on purchasing products, you can limit your time in our lobby by calling in your order or using our product order form before your appointment.
