Sheila Paugh has over 25 years of experience as a licensed medical esthetician and business owner. During that time, she was trained and certified in various fields of esthetics, including dermaplaning, microneedling, PCA peels, Perfect Peel, and various SkinMedica medical-grade peels.

Decades of Experience

Sheila has over 30 years of product knowledge in many well-known lines, including Obagi, SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter Science, DefenAge, and many more.

Her love for medical-grade treatments came from her 15 years of experience working with renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons in the Bay Area. She has assisted in hundreds of medical procedures that have helped patients look and feel more beautiful. Sheila truly enjoys being in the treatment room and meeting new people she has the pleasure of treating and bringing out their inner and outer beauty.

Sheila’s Personal History

Sheila was born in Mountain View, California, and raised in Woodside. She Attended and Graduated from Notre Dame University, where she earned her degree in Clinical Psychology.

Sheila currently resides in Sausalito with her husband Randy, two children, Caden (3) and Kylee (7 months), and their two fur babies, Calvin and Teddy.
